Zero Tolerance

The practice supports the NHS policy of zero tolerance with regard to violence or abuse to the doctors, staff or others on the practice premises or other locations where treatment may take place.

Persons abusing this policy may be reported to the police and removed from the practice list.

We are here to help you

Our staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times without the risk of threatening behaviour or violence.

This behaviour will not be tolerated towards staff, and may result in offender being asked to leave, and could be removed from our patient list.
