The NHS provides most health care to most people free of charge but there are some exceptions. Sometimes a charge is made as the service is not covered by the NHS, for example, providing copies of health records and medical reports for insurance companies and fitness to travel certificates. This is classed as "Private" work.
Please be aware that we do not have a card machine.
