We will:
- Ensure you understand how to access appointments.
- Provide you with, or direct you to, the best possible medical advice and treatments based on your symptoms.
- Provide you with appointments and respond to queries, in a timely manner.
- Treat you with dignity, respect and understanding.
- Endeavour to process your repeat prescriptions within three working days.
- Give you the opportunity to make complaints and offer comments and suggestions via the Patient Participation Group.
- Treat your problems, consultations, medical records and all medical data with total confidentiality.
- Provide you with regular health checks as needed depending on your medical conditions.
- We will arrange home visits for our housebound patients as medically appropriate.
In return we expect you to:
- Treat all staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Attend or cancel your appointments, if you are unable to keep them.
- Take your prescribed drugs and implement medical advice as advised.
- Attend your health checks when requested by the clinical team.
- Be understanding and sympathetic when things are disrupted by emergencies.

CCTV
Closed circuit television (CCTV) is installed at the practice premises for the purposes of staff, patient and premises security. Cameras are located at various places on the premises, and images from the cameras are recorded.
