Childline:

Mind:

Shout:

Samaritans:

Are there around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for support with whatever you are going through. Website: www.samaritans.org

Clear Fear:

The fear of threat, or anxiety, is like a strong gust of wind. It drags you in and makes you want to fight it or run away. Instead, face your fear with the free Clear Fear app and learn to reduce the physical responses to threat as well as changing thoughts and behaviours and releasing emotions. Move mood:

Is an app developed for teenage mental health charity stem4 by Dr Nihara Krause, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and uses the evidence based treatment Behavioural Activation Therapy to help you improve your mood by encouraging you to increase your motivation to carry out a variety of tasks in order to help you to move forward, take control and feel positive. Loved4Life:

Work with females aged 11 to 19, specialising in supporting vulnerable girls to develop their self-esteem and form positive and empowering relationships by delivering Love4Life groups, one-to-ones and workshops in secondary schools and in the community. Their work embeds positive self-worth, body image and the handling of emotions in order to help a young person become more resilient.
