Hello from Forest House Surgery Patients Group. We are currently looking for new members to join our group. 

We have a long and valued relationship with the practice and meet regularly with one of the partners to chat. The group is not a vehicle for patient complaints; however we do discuss trends on feedback from patients and have the opportunity to discuss local healthcare and wellness in our local community.

Being part of the group is not demanding, with meetings (currently via Zoom) 4 or 5 times a year.
